Over my 15+ years in residential property management, I’ve gone from working at the front desk to managing multiple communities and partnering with owners and board members to bring their goals and visions to life. Across those communities, one priority always stood out: providing great customer service.
That’s why I created Lobby & Row. I wanted to bring the warmth of hospitality and a personal concierge experience to boutique residential communities.
I’ve carefully built and trained a team of professionals who are ready to serve your community. They care about people, come prepared, and bring a polished, professional presence that helps your community feel organized, welcoming, and at home.
